For organisations
A programme built around your team's operations and delivered at your site, in a training hall arranged by the Center, or virtually, ending with certificates and a final report for management.
Steps
Five steps, in the same order, for every programme.
A short meeting with the training officer or department manager: who will be trained, what they work on, and what should change after the course.
We send a written outline covering objectives, topics, duration, language and delivery method, revised until the organisation approves it.
A formal quotation in PDF format; the date and venue are then confirmed by a purchase order or letter of award.
At the organisation's site, in a training hall arranged by the Center, or in a live virtual classroom, with attendance recorded daily.
Certificates with numbers that can be verified on the website, and a final report for management: attendance, exam results where applicable, and a summary of trainee evaluations.

Questions from organisations
In-house programmes are priced per group, not per person. The quotation explains when an in-house programme is more suitable than registering individuals on scheduled courses.
Yes, provided it falls within the Center's eight fields. The outline is built from the organisation's needs and submitted for approval before pricing.
In Arabic or English, depending on the team; the certificate is issued in the language of delivery.
Certificates are issued by the Center as a training provider licensed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and accredited by the National eLearning Center (NELC) for virtual training. Each certificate carries a number that can be verified on the website.
The preparation time is set out in the programme outline. Existing programmes from the guide are quicker to prepare than programmes built from scratch.
Course material is always included. The training hall and refreshments are included when the programme is delivered in a hall arranged by the Center, and this is stated explicitly in the quotation.
